Customer Reviews

A patient of Ottawa Physiotherapy & Sports Clinic gave them this review.

“As a dedicated runner who had a setback during a big training block, I needed a clinic that understood my circumstances and would help get me back on track. Lesley over delivered. She diagnosed the issue(s), worked on strengthening and prevention, while still allowing me to keep my fitness and training up to a reasonable degree, and on preparing me for the big day. I now feel even stronger and more resilient than the day I walked through the doors.” —Todd Shannon, Google Reviews

Customer Reviews

Previous patients left their review on the quality of their service on google:

“Luis is an amazing practitioner – I am so grateful that he was able to successfully treat my issues with my arms. I went to a different physiotherapist (in the west end) in the spring but it was a waste of time and I thought that was what PT was about so I just tried home treatments by looking things up online. However by autumn my daily pain was a debilitating “8”. Now, in less than a couple of months of sessions, I can see my way to a full recovery soon. Before I went, I was really scared that I would have to live with the disability for the rest of my life.

He does an excellent job of demonstrating the exercises, both what to do and caveats for when you do them at home so you are doing them correctly and maximizing the effect with good form. His therapy is dynamic and progressive. Apart from technical expertise, I was impressed that he deftly handled the mental challenges of a chronic injury as well – something I never suspected would affect me.

I really appreciated that he is mindful of minimizing patient costs: doesn’t drag out sessions just to keep you coming back, doesn’t make you buy extra equipment for your exercises – I asked if I needed to get smth that they sell, but he said what I was using was just fine. He’s fab, the front office staff friendly and efficient, and def worth the half hour drive I had to make to get there (1 hr in rush hour)!”

“Maria is a top notch massage therapist her techniques are exactly what I need very strong when needed as well as precise and gentle and a very good listener and also doesn’t mind taking a bit of direction absolutely my fave person to see and I’ve tried many all over Ontario.”

“Kyle is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I definitely recommend his services. No eye gouging either. I came in with several problem areas and was assessed and treated all together. Anyone who’s ever been charged per area, with the usual massive per area initial assessment fee, will appreciate how awesome this is. Thanks Kyle for doing all you do.”

“I teach yoga and have dealt with all kinds of pain and physical discomfort throughout the years. When I met Kyle a few years ago, I noticed that he was extremely knowledgeable and personable. Every session I’ve had with him I learn something new and always come away feeling “aligned”. Sciatica and bursitis are 2 big ones that he has helped me manage. He offers tips, print outs and encourages mobility and exercise as self-treatment in between appointments.

If you’re looking for peace of mind, you’re in the right hands with this guy. He’s a pro and has a flexible schedule that allows me as an active and busy parent to get my health addressed while living life!”

“What a lovely experience all around – a great office, clean, homey and well organized. Wonderful staff who are pleasant and engaged. I love that you can bill direct to my insurance. I have just started working with Maggie and it’s been a real pleasure so far. She is very thorough and has put me at ease, especially in regards to a psoriasis flare up that has made me very nervous about having any treatment that involves baring my skin. Thank you so much. I look forward to continuing with your business.”

“Bellefleur Physio is wonderful. My physiotherapist was Dior and she was very friendly, informative and kind! I liked that they seem up to date technologically (enter info into a computer, have a login to see your chart..etc.), and that they felt very covid-safe. We like that there’s no referral needed in order to book a consult here. There’s also no need to worry about filing insurance claims, since they’ll do that on your behalf.

We’re just a bit bummed to learn that their team is relatively small though, meaning that availability can be a concern sometimes. Sadly, they’re closed on weekends too.

On the plus side, you can still contact them beforehand if you happen to be available on Saturdays only. They’ll gladly open their doors just to accommodate you!

Pros
